1. Developing documents packages, involving from conceptual study to various phase of project like basic engineering, detail engineering, pre commissioning / commissioning of equipment and ensure smooth transformation of facility from project engineering to plant engineering (Operations / maintenance).
2. Responsible and lead participant in preparation / development of PFD’s, URS, Tendering, preparation of technical comparisons, DQ, FAT, receipt of equipment, commissioning, SAT, qualification and closeout of facility, utility, HVAC, and process equipment.
3. Responsible for design and execution of green filed and brown filed projects with co – ordination with internal department teams like electrical, instrumentation, automation, IBMS and utility etc., external department like production, QA, Validation, QC, purchase, Admin, and IT.
4. Coordination / Interaction with consultant / Vendors for smooth design, execution and closer of project.
5. Responsible for selection of engineering equipment, technical evaluation, and providing the recommendations.
6. Workload forecasting and managing work progress within the sub function.
7. To monitor and control overall constructional activities which include civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation and process equipment.
